The upper atmosphere in the northern hemisphere blows from west to east. Since we are fairly close to the west Yellowstone we could assume the plume would have to go most of the way around the world before we were affected. Of course this would only take a couple days at most.
So, most of the 144,000 have come from the U.S. Bethel and Gov. Body is in New York. US it seems is Jehovah's favorite. So... Why didn't he locate his printing presses in Oregon with Gregor?

given that wt doctrine holds that jah is not omnipresent, and jesus is of course just a lowly angel who doesn't even have "holy spirit" at his disposal let alone omnipresence, how can it be said they are "present invisibly" at the meetings?.
since they are not omnipresent and can't be at every meeting, how can it be said that by not attending meetings jws are "snubbing them"?.

And since there are constantly meetings going on somewhere that they MUST attend, how are Jah and Jesus going to also be invisibly present in our bedrooms to monitor any hanky-panky deserving of Armageddonly destruction?

we do roast pork, collard greens and black eyed peas.
i may add home made dumplings and sour kraut and cabbage with caraway seeds for our czechoslovakian side.. parades and football of course, instead of field service (circus)..

any appointed brother (including microphone holders) will be required to produce a doctor's note if 2 days' sets of meetings are missed back-to-back.
if a note is not provided, then the brother will have his privileges yanked.. forged notes will result in a jc.. so much for the "freedom of the sons of god.".

Quandry, I am not one bit surprised by what your husband had to go through with the elders. We should all be shocked, but it sounds just like elders everywhere.
We know this isn't an isolated case, they basically did the same to my father years ago. He gave it all to the cong. Ignored and treated his children like crap. Expected us to be perfect. We rebelled, and he got kicked around when they were ready to let him go. They waited til they had some new young ones groomed though, to be able to have replacements to move in.
How many of us have seen the older ones, being kicked to the curb? I wonder if the rank and file ever see it, or is the veil, over their eyes, too thick?
